14-day Ontario Fly-Drive
Day 1 - Toronto
Arrive in Toronto from one of nine airports in the UK. Transfer to your downtown hotel.

Days 2/3 - Toronto
Time to explore Toronto - no car needed. Great shopping, theatre, experience one of the world’s tallest buildings, the CN Tower, and the hustle and bustle of this cosmopolitan city.

Day 4 - Niagara Falls
Two options today: you could participate in our Niagara Falls day trip, details on page 39 and return to Toronto this evening. Alternatively you can pick up a car and start your fly drive adventure following our detailed DIY Niagara Falls tour. If you follow the second option you will stay at Niagara Falls.

Day 5 - Elmira
From either starting point a short drive to the Elmira/St Jacobs area, home of Ontario’s thriving Mennonite community. Overnight in the Elmira area.

Days 6/7 - Georgian Bay
A short drive north to Georgian Bay on spectacular Lake Superior. There are some lovely beachside hotels and lodges, many dotted alongside Wasaga Beach, or alternatively the slightly more rocky areas in and around Port Severn. You may wish to visit St Maria among the Huron’s monument at Midland.

Days 8/9 - Ontario’s Lakeland
Drive to the area in and around Haliburton to view the multitude of pristine lakes set in the wooded environment, many of which have small lodges and/or cabin resorts. Much to do in the area - visit the Severn Trent Waterway, the many country store shops in the area and excellent golf. The area is also the access point for the Algonquin Provincial Park.

Days 10/11 - Ottawa
Drive to the nation’s capital, Ottawa, through Ontario’s rural heartland. There is much to do in Ottawa including the many fine galleries and museums, the Parliament Buildings and the Bywater Market. For the more adventurous perhaps a whitewater rafting trip on the Ottawa River.

Days 12/13 - Kingston/Belleville
Pretty at any time of the year, but spectacular in the Fall. These are the access points for the Thousand Island cruises, for which this area is well known. Time to stand and stare before you prepare for your homeward journey.

Day 14 - Homeward Bound
Drive back to Toronto for your overnight flight to the UK.
