Terms and Conditions
This is the “ small print” section – its very important
to both of us because its here that we each agree to carry out our parts
of the contract – the conditions you are about to read have been put
together by ourselves following the guidelines provided by ABTA, CAA
and THE OFFICE of FAIR Trading. It's a bit of a bore having to go through
this section but its in both of our interests that you do - before we
confirm your holiday arrangements we will ask you to read through a
set of the booking conditions and ask you to sign that you agree to
the terms contained in them – for our part we are confirming to you
that we will keep to our side of the contract.
The booking conditions lay down our joint responsibilities to ensure
that you holiday runs smoothly.

Your holiday arrangements are organised by Uni-Travel Limited (registered
in England No. 2238595) trading as Uni-Travel, The Independent Traveller,
Farm Tours & Ranch Rider, our office addresses are Devonshire House.
Devonshire Lane , Loughborough, Leics, LE1 1 3DF and Alexandra Square
, Lancaster University, Lancaster , LA1 4XX . Uni-Travel Ltd operates
under ABTA membership no. 82208 and is licensed by the Civil Aviation
Authority under ATOL 4660. Our memberships and licences and associated
security bonds provides you with financial security. Note:- In order
to provide you the fullest range of services, on occasions we act as
retail agents for other ATOL holders and you will be notified of the
appropriate ATOL number with your written confirmation.
